Back to school

After all the vacationing I did the past three weeks I finally went back to review school. I haven't finished unpacking my things in the apartment but I'm slowly getting there. Its time to hit the books once again. I bet by the end of the review I have to change the lens of my spectacles again. Anyways, wish me luck. Have a nice week everyone!

Boracay Getaway

I went to Boracay for a another beach getaway this time with my family. Its the first time me and my family went on a vacation outside Luzon. We all had fun. My parents acted like a young couple again. Me and my siblings gave them the space they need. My cousin Malou is also with us. We had a great time. We shopped for lots of trinkets to bring home. We also rented a boat to go island hopping and snorkeling. Thats my favorite part of the vacation. I'm glad we bought and underwater case for the cam. We had great underwater shots. This is the last leg of my summer vacation. For next week I will go back to books again to review for the Bar. Wish me luck! Till my next blog. :)

Jetsetter?

I really had a hectic sked for this summer. After going to romblon, I flew to Singapore with my Tita Baby and my cousin Malou. It was my first time flying..yes its true. It was not that scary as I thought. It was a late flight thats why i slept through most of it anyway. I had the chance to see places there that I only see in pictures. I was able to ride the cable car going to sentosa, visited the merlion park in the city, saw underwater animals at ocean park and watch the dolphin show, i was able to walk and see the shops at orchard road, went to shop at Mustafa center in little India. We also went on a luxury coach tour to malaysia. There i was able to see the Petronas tower up close although I was not able to go up the viewing deck. It was an experience of course both gastronomically and intelectually.heheh! Gastronomical, because I found out that in Malaysia they don't serve gravy with the famous kentucky fried chicken and instead serve chili sauce. Haha! That made me miss the philippines when I was there. Intellectual because we went to different historical sites in kuala lumpur. I really had fun, and enjoyed being a jetsetter even for a while. Going on this trip I made a vow that I will try to save money so that I could explore another country next time.

hottest summer ever!

It's been a while since I posted a something new. After all the hullabaloo and the crying the past month I bounced back and had the hottest summer so far! Me, Jason, Henry, Simon, and Gae went on a trip to Carabao Island Romblon. "Our" island paradise. Yes, "our" because we were the only tourists on the island that time. It was an adventure because we took the road less traveled going there or so they say. We rode a bus, ferry, van, ship, boat to the island. It was soooo tiring but it was worth it. We have white sand, clear blue waters, beautiful sunset, good food. The best ever but on a budget. There we rented a boat to explore the island. We docked on a long stretch of white sand beach and swam. We explore a cave where we have to swim in very deep water to get there. I am not a good swimmer thats why it was pretty scary for me. Glad Jason was there to motivate me on our way to the cave and the kuya who helped me swim the way back. The next day we walked to the town of San Jose to get to another white sand beach to swim at. We had fun on our way there and back. Of course we soaked up the sun and got burned. The spf's of our suncreens was not able to handle it anymore.haha! We all got a nice tan of course. The people at carabao island was so friendly. Kudos to mommy merelyn and kuya roman for taking care of their guest very well. I hope we could come back soon!! We had so much fun!!! Kudos also to the gang for being so patient during the trip. Looking forward to another adventure with all of you.
